We’re happy to help—whether you’re exploring a new piece of artwork, need support with an order, or have a formal request. You can reach us via the online contact form (recommended) or directly by email. A visitor becomes a customer once he either contacts us via the dedicated contact form or places an order.

Why you might contact us (and where to send it)

1) Pre-sales & quotations → support@

  • Artwork availability, sizes, media & framing (Alu-Dibond glossy/matte, Baryta, Canvas). GTCs

  • Custom formats or alternative media (acrylic, glass, metal, etc.) — request a personalized quotation. GTCs

  • Shipping outside listed delivery zones — ask for a quote. GTCs
    Helpful details: artwork title/SKU, desired size/medium, full shipping address (for quotes), timeframe.

2) Orders, shipping & downloads → support@

  • Order status / tracking / address correction (before shipment).

  • Digital download link assistance (e.g., link expired; provide order number so we can re-issue within policy). Link validity: 30 days. GTCs

  • Delivery timeframes (prints ship ~3–4 weeks; abroad times not guaranteed). GTCs
    Note: Digital products are non-refundable.
    Include: order number, email used at checkout, any corrections needed.

3) Returns, damage claims & defects (printed works) → support@

  • Transport damage (note reserves with the carrier at delivery/refuse if visibly damaged; document with photos).

  • Wrong item received or rare manufacturing defect.

  • Timing: claims must be submitted within 8 days of delivery unless applicable law grants more. Return Policy
    Include: order number, delivery date, photos of packaging + item, brief description.

4) Certificates of Authenticity (COA) & verification support → support@

  • Help verifying a COA if you can’t validate on the site.

  • Report suspected fraud/tampering (COA, seals, or QR codes).
    Validity note: Only results shown on this website’s verification pages are binding. GTCs
    Include: Certification ID and (if needed) the Secret Code, plus a brief description.

5) Privacy & data requests → support@

  • Exercise your data rights (access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability, withdraw consent) under GDPR/Swiss FADP and other laws.

  • Questions about cookies/Google Analytics and consent banner. Privacy Policy
    Timing: deletion requests are processed and confirmed within 30 days. GTCs
    Include: the email you used on the site and the specific right you’re exercising (we may request identity verification).

6) Website, accessibility & technical issues → support@

  • Report bugs, display or accessibility issues, or feedback on usability.

7) Licensing, permissions & copyright → contact@

  • Editorial/commercial licensing requests and formal authorization to reproduce/publish images (required beyond personal use). Copyright
    Include: intended use, territory, duration, circulation, budget, deadlines.

8) Press, galleries & partnerships → contact@

  • Media & interview requests, exhibition proposals, gallery partnerships, corporate/hospitality projects, bulk orders.
    Include: organization, scope, timeline, links, and any technical specs.

9) Anything else → contact@

If it doesn’t fit the above, write to contact@. If your note includes an order number or COA ID, we’ll route it internally to support.
